To consider any allegation of misconduct, capability or breakdown
of trust against the Head of Paid Service, the Section 151 Officer
or the Monitoring Officer, and to suspend the Officer concerned for
the purpose of investigating the allegation, and to authorise an
investigation.

To decide whether the matter can be dealt with by informal
resolution or other appropriate procedures or that there is no case
to answer.
·
To report to the Council on any issues, including disciplinary
action, arising from the above steps.
