38.	Election of Chairperson View the background to item 38. To elect a Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor W Stamp proposed that Councillor M E Thompson be elected as Chairperson of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor M E Thompson be elected Chairperson of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee for the Municipal Year. 39.	Appointment of Vice-Chairperson View the background to item 39. To appoint a Vice-Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor M E Thompson proposed that Councillor W Stamp be elected as Vice-Chairperson of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee. This was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor W Stamp be appointed Vice-Chairperson of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee for the Municipal Year.
