40.	Election of Chairperson View the background to item 40. To elect a Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor W Stamp proposed that Councillor M E Thompson be elected as Chairperson of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor M E Thompson be elected Chairperson of the Performance, Governance and Audit Committee for the Municipal Year. 41.	Appointment of Vice-Chairperson View the background to item 41. To appoint a Vice-Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: The Chairperson proposed that Councillor P L Spenceley be elected as Vice-Chairperson of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor P L Spenceley be elected Vice-Chairperson of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee for the Municipal Year.
