34.	Election of Chairperson View the background to item 34. To elect a Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor C P Morley proposed that Councillor S J N Morgan be elected as Chairperson of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor S J N Morgan be elected Chairperson of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the Municipal Year. 35.	Appointment of Vice-Chairperson View the background to item 35. To appoint a Vice-Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor S J N Morgan proposed that Councillor P L Spenceley be elected as Vice-Chairperson of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor P L Spenceley be appointed Vice-Chairperson of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the Municipal Year.
36.	Appointment to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee Working Group To appoint Members to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee Working Group for the ensuing Municipal Year. Minutes: The Chairperson proposed that the Overview and Scrutiny Committee Working Group comprise of all Committee Members. This was duly seconded and agreed. RESOLVED that all Members of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee be appointed to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee Working Group.
