30.	Apologies for Absence View the background to item 30. Minutes: There were none.
31.	Election of Chairperson View the background to item 31. To elect a Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor S J N Morgan proposed that Councillor M F L Durham be elected as Chairperson of the Licensing Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. Councillor E L Stephens proposed that Councillor A M Lay be elected as Chairperson of the Licensing Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being two nominations a vote was taken. As there was an equality of votes the Chairperson exercised his casting vote in support of Councillor Durham. It was therefore: RESOLVED that Councillor M F L Durham be appointed Chairperson of the Licensing Committee for the Municipal Year. IN THE CHAIR : COUNCILLOR M F L DURHAM
32.	Appointment of Vice-Chairperson View the background to item 32. To appoint a Vice-Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: The Chairperson proposed that Councillor S J N Morgan be elected as Vice-Chairperson of the Licensing Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. Councillor E L Stephens proposed that Councillor A M Lay be elected as Vice-Chairperson of the Licensing Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being two nominations a vote was taken.
