28.	Election of Chairperson View the background to item 28. To elect a Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor A S Fluker proposed that Councillor J Driver be elected as Chairperson of the Strategy and Resources Committee. Councillor M E Thompson proposed that Councillor M F L Durham be elected as Chairperson of the Strategy and Resources Committee and this proposal was duly seconded. At this point Councillor Driver advised that he wished to withdraw his nomination. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor M F L Durham be elected Chairperson of the Strategy and Resources Committee for the Municipal Year. 29.	Appointment of Vice-Chairperson View the background to item 29. To appoint a Vice-Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor M F L Durham proposed that Councillor J Driver be elected as Vice-Chairperson of the Strategy and Resources Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor J Driver be appointed Vice-Chairperson of the Strategy and Resources Committee for the Municipal Year.
