41.	Election of Chairperson View the background to item 41. To elect a Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor S J N Morgan proposed that Councillor M E Thompson be elected as Chairperson of the District Planning Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor M E Thompson be elected Chairperson of the District Planning Committee for the Municipal Year. IN THE CHAIR: COUNCILLOR M E THOMPSON
42.	Appointment of Vice-Chairperson View the background to item 42. To appoint a Vice-Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor M E Thompson proposed that Councillor V J Bell be elected as Vice-Chairperson of the District Planning Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor V J Bell be appointed Vice-Chairperson of the District Planning Committee for the Municipal Year.
