67.	Apologies for Absence View the background to item 67. Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors W J Laybourn and U G C Siddall-Norman.
68.	Election of Chairperson View the background to item 68. To elect a Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor M G Bassenger proposed that Councillor V J Bell be elected as Chairperson of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. Councillor D O Bown proposed that Councillor A S Fluker be elected as Chairperson of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. Councillor Fluker advised that he wished to stand down and not be considered for the post of Chairperson of this Committee. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor V J Bell be elected Chairperson of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee for the Municipal Year. 69.	Appointment of Vice-Chairperson View the background to item 69. To appoint a Vice-Chairperson of the Committee for the Municipal Year. Minutes: Councillor V J Bell proposed that Councillor T Fittock be elected as Vice-Chairperson of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee. This proposal was duly seconded. There being no other nominations it was: RESOLVED that Councillor T Fittock be appointed Vice-Chairperson of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee for the Municipal Year.
