65.	Apologies for Absence View the background to item 65. Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors R G Boyce MBE and R P F Dewick.
66.	Election of Chairman View the background to item 66. To elect a Chairman of the Committee for the remainder of the Municipal Year. Minutes: The Chairman called for nominations for Chairman of the Committee. Councillor V J Bell proposed that Councillor N J Skeens be elected as Chairman of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee. This was duly seconded. Councillor Mrs P A Channer proposed that Councillor R P F Dewick be elected as Chairman of the Committee. This was duly seconded. The Chairman put the proposal for Councillor Skeens as Chairman of the Committee and upon a vote being taken declared that Councillor Skeens was therefore elected Chairman of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee RESOLVED that Councillor N J Skeens be elected Chairman of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee for the remainder of the Municipal Year. 67.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman View the background to item 67. To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the remainder of the Municipal Year. Minutes: RESOLVED that Councillor V J Bell be appointed Vice-Chairman of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee for the remainder of the Municipal Year.
