Following the Officer’s presentation, the Chairperson opened the floor for debate.
Following a brief discussion the Chairperson moved the Officers recommendation of approval as set out in the report, which was duly seconded and when put to a vote was agreed.
RESOLVED that the application be APPROVED subject to the following conditions:
1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. 2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and documents as detailed on the decision notice. |
