Exclusion of the Public and Press
To resolve that under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item(s) of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, and that this satisfies the public interest test.

Following a short discussion, the Chairman confirmed that Members present at the meeting who did not sit on the Committee or those who held a non-pecuniary interest in this agenda item be allowed to remain in the Council Chamber to observe, but not contribute to any discussion on the following item of work.
