Disclosure of Interest
To disclose the existence and nature of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, Other Registrable interests and Non-Registrable Interests relating to items of business on the agenda having regard to paragraph 9 and Appendix B of the Code of Conduct for Members.

Councillor M F L Durham declared that they were an acquaintance of the landowner for Agenda Item 5 - 25/00607/OUTM Land 100M East Of 53 Seagers, Great Totham.
Councillor K M H Lagan declared that they had a presumption about Agenda Item 5 - 25/00607/OUTM Land 100M East Of 53 Seagers, Great Totham and would leave the chamber for this item and return when it had been concluded.
At this point in the meeting Councillor Lagan left the chamber, in accordance with his earlier declaration.
