Review of Financial Regulations

(i)         That the recommended changes to the Financial Regulations, set out in APPENDIX 1, be considered and approved;

(ii)        That, subject to (i) above, the Financial Regulations be revised and published on the Council’s website.

The Council considered the following recommendation coming forward from the Performance, Governance and Audit Committee for consideration. This recommendation was presented to the Council by Councillor W Stamp, Chairperson of the Performance, Governance and Audit Committee.

Review of Financial Regulations

Councillor Stamp put the recommendation which was duly seconded and agreed.

RESOLVED

(i)         That the recommended changes to the Financial Regulations, set out in Appendix 1 to the Council Agenda, be considered and approved;

(ii)        That the Financial Regulations be revised and published on the Council’s website.
