Declaration of Interest
To disclose the existence and nature of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, Other Registrable interests and Non-Registrable Interests relating to items of business on the agenda having regard to paragraph 9 and Appendix B of the Code of Conduct for Members.

Councillor J R Burrell-Cook declared a registrable interest in Agenda Item 17 - Outline Business Case for Maldon Arts and Culture Centre Project as he sat on the Visit Essex Advisory Board, was Chairperson of the Maldon District Tourism Group and the Saltmarsh Coast Tourism CIC.
Councillor M F L Durham declared a non-pecuniary interest in Agenda Item 17 - Outline Business Case for Maldon Arts and Culture Centre Project as a Member of the Arts Council South East Board.
