The Board considered the report of the Chief Executive together with the job description and curriculum vitae for those candidates shortlisted for interview in respect of the role of Chief Financial Officer (Section 151 Officer).
The Board then conducted an interview with the shortlisted candidate.
RESOLVED that Ben Jay be appointed as Chief Financial Officer (Section 151 Officer) of the Maldon District Council.
