It was noted from the Members’ Update that this application had been WITHDRAWN for future consultation following the receipt of new information.

 

Councillor A S Fluker raised a Point of Order proposing that the Committee either discuss the withdrawal of the application as an emergency item or take the Committee into private session under Section 100A of the Act. This was not supported.

 

In response to a request for further information, the Lead Specialist: Development Management explained that a number of consultees were not aware that the layout relating to this development had been withdrawn from the proposal.  This would have impacted consultation responses and meant that information before Members would not have been accurate.
