RESOLVED

(i)               That the Capital and Investment Strategies for 2021 / 22 and Minimum Reserve Strategy 2022 / 23 report and following appendices be approved for 2022 / 23:

·             the Capital Strategy (Appendix 1 to the report);

·             the Capital Project Bids (Appendix 2);

·             Investment Strategy (Appendix 3), and

·             Minimum Revenue Provision Statement (Appendix 4).
